In order to create Spokesmen BMX Magazine we need to fill the following positions:
- Sales persons
One of the most important tasks is to have someone to get adverts into the magazine and the website
- Subscribe administrators / market persons
Spokesmen BMX Magazine must have readers and the magazine must have income in order to pay for print, website, writers, photographers, videographers and more. It is therefor important to have someone to market the magazine and get subscribers
- Photographers
In a BMX magazine (or any other action sport magazine) photos is the most important. Without great pictures,
no one will buy / subscribe to the magazine
- Videographers
Videos are great to put online, and would draw attention to the magazine (online version). More visitors to website often means more money from advertizers
- Writers
What would a BMX magazine be without someone to fill the magazine?
- Editors
An editor is someone who is responsible for the content - assigning tasks to writers, photographers and videographers
- Designers / AD
Without designers there will of course be no magazine or no website. So we need someone to put together a magazine and keep the website updated and looking good!
- "Evangelists"/Community people
This is a non-paid task where someone has to talk positive about BMX, Spokesmen and anything related to the sport / activity / profession / what-ever-you-like-to-call-it.
I would say that all these positions are great for someone who would like to get into media, marketing and/or sales who is currently studying. Don't expect to be the rich guy in the street at first, but if we all do the right steps who knows where this project might end.
